1099 Tax Reporting Requirement

1099 Tax Reporting Requirement

The 1099 amendment is a provision that was added to the health care law to help pay for the overhaul. Many Democrats have joined Republicans in pushing for the repeal of this tax provision that imposes a huge information-reporting burden on small businesses. The provision requires businesses that spend a cumulative $600 or more with a vendor, supplier or contractor to file a 1099 form with the…

The truth of the matter is that its not. At the present time 2.7 trillion dollars is owed to the Social Securtiy Trust Fund, Money borrowed to fund other government programs.  Its the duty of every citizen to let Congress know,, enuff is enuff,, I ran across a wonderful article by Lawrence A Hunter at Forbes.Com, Calling on congress to adopt a binding rule that requires as its first order of business each year that specific budject cuts to other portions of the Federal budject be…

Cost cutting measures, Dont leave the UN out .

The Tax payers of the United States contribute 22% percent of the UN operating budject, and 27% percent of its peace keeping efforts,

Since the year 2000 95% percent of the countries that have received assistance, have voted against the United States.

For the year 2011 the cost to our taxpayers will total 2.7 billion dollars of borrowed money. The UN owes the US 180 million dollars from the Tax Equalization fund, and the closed peace keeping…

All Employers May be Required to Post NLRB Notice of Union Organizing Rights

I just heard about this today. This apparently is a determination of the NLRB, National Labor Relations Board that would not be subject to Congressional approval. They will mandate that a poster be hung in the area where all employees can see it that provides them with their "rights" in regard to unionizing their work force.

Do your own research,,,mine is just preliminary...but as they state, as of Jan 3, 2011 that this is subject to input…

Anything goes - for the Marxist Left

It should now be glaringly clear that the Marxist left will utilize anything to advance their diabolical agenda to destroy America. The latest & most vile example to date is their twisting of the horrendous shooting spree & assassination attempt in Arizona by a madman. The enemy within our government, their controllers, & their co-conspirators in the media instead of sincerely rallying sympathy & support for those harmed by this tragedy have used the gunman's maniacal act to… Continue

It's only money.

Washington (CNN) -- President Barack Obama on Wednesday signed a $1.15 billion measure to fund a settlement initially reached between the Agriculture Department and minority farmers more than a decade ago.

The 1997 Pigford v. Glickman case against the U.S. Agriculture Department over claims of discrimination against black farmers was settled out of court 11 years ago. Under a federal judge's terms dating to 1999, qualified farmers could receive $50,000 each…

We constantly see the warning signs but do nothing!

We all know now that Jared Loughen was a loner that exhibited tendencies which frightened class mates. He bares an eery resemblance to the attacker in Virginia Tech, and in both of these cases no one ever directed them to Psychological Counseling or psychiatric evaluation.

The next phase to Restore America

A New Year has arrived.  The next phase to Restore America by the Patriot citizenry must continue unabated. Expectations for the "New" Congress (note: most of them aren't "new" - only 20%, particularly the leaders) remain highly skeptical & cautionary especially in light of them totally missing & already giving away their historical Nov. 2 mandate during the lame duck session; going along with yet another insane, unfunded "stimulus" style package, and making some very inappropriate…
