  We can not forget where the responsibility falls when we look at our current Financial Crisis, and the deep recession we have. The mechanism with in the Congress and Senate have created the greatest impediment to Regulation, as a matter of fact helped enforce the bad judgement of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in providing bad loans to those who had no business getting those loans!
