FAIR Energy / RAM – Restore America’s Mission Model applied to Law Enforcement.
Restore Order Through Lawful Enforcement — Zero Tolerance
Leaning on the Giuliani Doctrine
A mockery is being made of lawful law enforcement in Minnesota—and increasingly across the country.
Law enforcement has both the authority and the obligation to arrest trespassers, to remove unlawful occupants, and—critically—to target violent offenders and organized lawbreakers who openly flout our laws while simultaneously exploiting welfare and safety-net programs to enrich themselves at the expense of the communities those programs were designed to protect.
What we are witnessing is not spontaneous disorder.
We see incitement by public officials.
We see action leaders on site.
We see stooges in the crowd, used as expendable pawns by extreme leftist organizers engaged in a deliberate campaign against our system of government.
This is an assault on the very fabric of our Constitutional Republic.
The solution is not complicated:
Identify, investigate, and lawfully detain the organizers and leaders who incite and coordinate criminal disorder.
Not the crowd. The command structure.
⸻
Apply the Law—All of It
In Minnesota—and anywhere disorder is tolerated—the full weight of existing law must be applied:
• Subversion statutes
• Sedition and insurrection laws
• Racketeering and conspiracy provisions
• Obstruction of justice
• Interference in criminal investigations
• Quality-of-life laws, including noise ordinances and unlawful assembly statutes
This is not radical.
It is the proven zero-tolerance enforcement model implemented under Rudy Giuliani.
That model worked because it restored predictability. When laws are enforced consistently and visibly, chaos collapses. Criminal movements do not thrive on strength—they thrive on leniency, hesitation, and selective enforcement. Remove those conditions, and disorder evaporates.
⸻
Who This Model Protects
This approach protects everyone:
• Law enforcement officers
• Law-abiding residents
• Businesses and neighborhoods
• And—paradoxically but importantly—those being drawn into criminal behavior, who are often exploited by organizers insulated from consequences
What we are witnessing today is not polarization caused by enforcement.
It is polarization caused by the absence of enforcement.
When the law is applied unevenly, trust collapses—and extremism fills the vacuum.
⸻
Firm Execution, Restrained Policy
Restoring order requires:
• Maximum restraint in policy
• Maximum firmness in execution
This does not mean indiscriminate force.
It means decisive, visible, lawful action, starting at the top of the organizational chain.
⸻
The Political Reality
With elections approaching, these same tactics will be redeployed to:
• Disrupt progress
• Delegitimize lawful authority
• Shift blame upward
**Donald Trump and his administration will be blamed for disorder they did not create.
Officials such as Pam Bondi and others enforcing the law will be targeted—not for wrongdoing, but for effectiveness.
That reality makes resolve—not hesitation—essential.
⸻
The RAM Principle
Under the FAIR Energy / RAM – Restore America’s Mission model, the principle is simple and non-negotiable:
A Constitutional Republic survives only when laws are enforced uniformly, swiftly, and without apology.
We do not need new laws.
We do not need new theories.
We need the courage to apply the laws already on the books—
consistently, visibly, and lawfully.
That is how order is restored.
That is how communities are protected.
And that is how the Republic endures.
