The defunding of Obamacare by the action of HR1 does not resolve this hidden spending. While there are also unlimited funding under section 1311[a],
for HHS Kathleen Sebelius to spend with in that 105+ billion at her discretion.
And the extra amount was actually authorized as an appropriation being integral
to passing the Law. Also we know there are additional specified elements in that amount in Section 4002.
Section 4002. Leadership mist require speaking out and doing what is right! We must always realize the civic responsibility
is not for a special group or class but for the general welfare of our country. We forget this premise Att the peril of our Future!
