Economic Analysis of Impact all Law

The Congressional budget office must be expanded to incorporate an economic activity quotient. We can no longer look at bills in congress in strictly a traditional federal budget analysis. We must include an analysis of the dynamic impact on our economic activity. Which as we all know is the true reflection of the ability of a bill to create jobs, economic growth, individual wealth and resultant tax revenue. Laws must be judged on the effects they have on the cost of goods and services. There is no greater importance to make this evaluation than on the cost of home ownership. The greatest underlying  cost of any home is the underlying cost of that underlying the home, the Land! Can we any longer continue the path of more and more costly homeownership, and thus decreased affordability of the the most important building block of the American dream. All public policy must take into account the impact on housing affordability. We now also need to affect real income increases. How do we do this. All policies must support the growth of industry. Our industrial base will be the basis of our economic resurgence or our economic demise.
