I figured it out! Now I know why we are spending ourselves into oblivion!

It's possible.

The US Government (The Federal Reserve and it's cronies) has been doing this to the US citizens for years.

We (the US) are Bankrupt - for all intended purposes. Our wonderful "leaders" believe in bankrolling the US with more credit and more debt and unsound fiscal responsibility.

It's just a matter of time now for the world credit bubble to reach unsustainable levels. You can't spend your way out of debt, at least not in the ways that do not stimulate the economic growth of manufacturing. The only real tangible items\ thing we really have left to bargain with is our land and our people. Think about this. What happens if the US defaults on it's debt to China?

Further I did not create the toxic assets as I'm sure many of you did not engage in the many levels of this ensuing ponzi scam. So I feel, no I want us to put on trial those responsible. Hey Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, Franklin Raines, Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, Charlie Wrangle (now that's a good one), Nancey Pelosi, Harry Reid, Tim Geitner, and Barack Obama.....and there are some on the right ...Olympia Snowe, Arlen Specter, and even McCain who supports the idea of Cap and Trade....please stop the insanity and fire these idiots. Bush - well you either got conned or you were a willing participant in this economic disaster, so your new home and ranch in Texas as well as Daddy's money are up for grabs too. We just can't afford pseudo fiscal and social conservatives.....

How can 1/2 this nation be so accepting of these fools?

When the Chinese come knocking on our door to collect, what are we as a group not supporting the aforementioned fools going to do?

Well ugh, I didn't charge up that debt....well ugh, what do you mean the dollar is worthless... well ugh, those people over there are responsible.

Wake up, just like your mortgage, if your name's on the list the creditor is coming after you....so too will all governments who our government has sold debt to without your specific OK. They will come after you! Maybe not so directly but indirectly, for our government has and is presently undermining our sovereignty through the efforts of and the guise of globalization and the UN.

Don't you get it??

When America had a growing economy and the money supply had to be linked to a supply of precious metals, it put a limit on the paper currency in circulation.

But because the federal government now links the money supply to an oblique number that tracks the Gross Domestic Product, it took the handcuffs off of our legislators to print, print, print.

That the populace has been duped into not knowing what money really is and educators that 'think' and teach that socialism is the answer, it's just a matter of time before government bankrupts our economy and by default, they'll have to take it over.
